Albert Dall has over two decades of experience in human resources management, including organisational development, job evaluation and management services.
With post-graduate qualifications in social sciences as well as economic and administrative sciences, he has excelled in various positions in the private sector, public entities (state owned corporations) and academic institutions in both in Namibia and South Africa.
As a management consultant since 1997, he has interacted with executives and senior managers of client-companies, while consulting on a variety of HR, organisational development and remuneration related processes.
Combining his expertise in people management with his knowledge of the structures and organisations that manage them, he launched Job Evaluation and Management Services (JEMS) in 2017 with a view of servicing South Africa and other SADC countries. Now, as a Freelance Consultant, he is still partnering with various (HR) management consultants and businesses to offer a variety of services including – but not limited to – facilitating organisational development processes and job evaluation (mainly Paterson). For reward management (such as salary structuring, pay scales and benchmarking) he partners with salary survey houses.
Previous professional memberships included the Institute of People Management (IPM) South Africa, Centurion Business Forum, and South African Reward Association (SARA). In years past, he was affiliated with IPM Namibia, the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI), and the Professional Arbitration and Mediation Association of Namibia (PAMAN).
Albert has built a successful career on his understanding of people management and a desire to see a fair and equitable working environment for employees in all areas of business.
